Nothing working in the APP. Web browsing is better

Worst airline app, not sure how can they submit this to App Store. They just open web site within the app, which says site is best seen with internet explorer, what!!

I couldnt check in from the app. The app basically has links to the website.

It does not let me verify my bookings which I booked by website.

I wonder if the CEO of Air India uses this app. He must die in shame. How can the software team make such an useless app, and more so, how can corporate approve of it to be submitted to the App Store? This app should be the expression of Air Indias service to the world; this app does exactly that - pathetic and disgraceful. Issues: No ability to add bookings after logging in; most links redirect to web browser format; navigation is non-intuitive; cannot store itinerary as guest user; useless app overall.

Just takes u to the web pages, its not a true app. You will be constantly adjusting the page on your phone screen. Piece of s*** app

PLEASE ADD SUPPORT FOR APPLE WATCH AND STOP USING THE INTERNET TO BOOK OUR FLIGHTS AND FIX THIS APP!!! THERE ARE TONS OF BUGS IN IT!!! THIS APP AND AIRLINE WOULD BE THE BEST AND GREATEST IF YOU FIXED THIS APP!!!!

This app is shameful. Air India doesnt compete well on a global market. Im beginning to see why.

I fly 180,000 miles a year all around the word and use six or seven different airlines so I know what Im doing with mobile airline apps. That said, this app is totally frustrating. It asks for your flight and passport details in a portrait only orientation in a font so small that users must zoom in and out and scroll around the screen in order to enter the required data. When the user finally gets to the confirmation screen and one is ready to go to the next set the app takes the user to the data entry screen AGAIN. The web-based interface is the same exercise in frustration. Save yourself the aggravation and get to the airport in a few minutes early and check in at the counter.

Multimillion $ company, the country with highest tech brain in the world and such an simple app was not expected. Well maybe they will improve soon.
