Disgraceful of Air India

I wonder if the CEO of Air India uses this app. He must die in shame. How can the software team make such an useless app, and more so, how can corporate approve of it to be submitted to the App Store? This app should be the expression of Air Indias service to the world; this app does exactly that - pathetic and disgraceful.
Issues: No ability to add bookings after logging in; most links redirect to web browser format; navigation is non-intuitive; cannot store itinerary as guest user; useless app overall.
