Doesnt link to the Frequent flyer membership program

The app is detached to the website. The logins created in the website wouldnt work in the app. So had to create new login for the app. There should be some link between the app and the website.
Cannot find my existing bookings using my Frequent flyer account. Cannot check in, cannot download boarding pass. Lots of things need to be changed.
Sorry, disappointed. And the reason for mentioning all these features is to give you an idea of what need to be done.
