Horrible app

Although impressive to see that air india made the effort to create an app, the lack of thought put into it is clearly visible. Its slow, glitchy, and difficult to use.

The worst part yet is that your air india (web) log in credentials are not recognized by the mobile platform. One has to re-register the email address and re-create a profile to attempt to access ones travel information on the app.

Despite having gone through the trouble to create another mobile ID, I still wasnt able to view my future air india trip on the app.

Quite a waste of time. Well done air india. Although your heart is in the right place, your efforts are way off the mark.
